We offer a (14) day Exchange ONLY on each purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you will receive a store credit which is valid for one calendar year. Please make sure you review the photos carefully as THE BAG PICTURED ON WEBSITE is the actual bag you are purchasing. If you require more pictures or would like to conduct a Facetime call to see the item LIVE please submit your request to michellezinn@myluxuryvault.com. We also use Entrupy (www.entrupy.com) as our third party trusted authenticator. Thank you!
